The SprayHub: Combined strength on the field
The SprayHub front tank is not only a transport accessory for liquids such as crop care products, liquid fertiliser and micronutrients, but also offers you the functions and equipment options of a modern crop care sprayer.
Thanks to the ISOBUS-based iQblue spray operating concept, the front tank can be connected to various application systems regardless of their manufacturer. This allows you to combine a wide variety of working methods, such as sowing or mechanical crop care, with the application of liquids – optionally even with section control.

The automatic fill stop enables the exact filling of the SprayHub, which helps to avoid product residue. CTS CONNECTION The CTS connection enables contactless induction to provide maximum work safety.

Optionally, the filler sieve in the tank dome can be fitted with a nozzle, which ensures that liquid and solid products are fully dissolved.

In order to ensure sufficient front ballasting even with an empty tank, the SprayHub is optionally available with additional weights in two sizes (340 kg or 660 kg).

An external filling connection is provided for easy tank filling.

The optional transport rollers with parking brackets can be mounted to both the base frame and the weight plates using a simple plug connector.

Precisely adjusted with iQblue spray
iQblue spray is the ISOBUS-based operating concept of the LEMKEN SprayHub front tank. Numerous features and the intuitive operation make work easier for drivers and ensure the targeted application of liquid fertiliser or crop care products.
- Can be used with any ISOBUS terminal
- All key parameters such as application rate, band width and range are clearly organised in the user interface.
- Ready for section control via GPS (single-row control)
- The nozzle height can be individually determined based on the selected nozzle and the desired band width.
- Convenient switching to the cleaning programme with optional electric valves
Integrated calculator
When band spraying, the integrated calculator in the iQblue spray control panel simply calculates the application rate from the hectare down to the band width and calculates the remaining range based on the current filling quantity - ideal for large arable areas.

The compact distribution unit is suitable for mounting on a wide variety of attachments and guarantees the best working results in combination with the SprayHub.
Inter-row spraying with EC-Spray Hood
The SprayHub can also be combined with the EC-SprayHood. This implement is available for front or rear mounting (with IC-Light camera control only for rear attachment). With this implement combination, herbicide is applied under the hoods between rows, providing the best possible protection for crop plants. EC-SprayHood is insensitive to wind and can be flexibly customised.
