Mission #11: Working in maize stubble in Canada with the Karat 10

A new call to action brings new challenges for the L-Team. This time the experts have a long journey ahead of them – in Holland Marsh, Canada, farmer Joe grows vegetables and cash crops on an impressive 800 hectares of land.

Stubble cultivation in particular presents him with some difficulties: The growing stability of the maize stubble makes it much more difficult to handle crop residues. Advantageous for maize cultivation – a challenge for soil cultivation in autumn or spring. The farmer is looking for a solution to optimise the incorporation of the residues and therefore not endanger his harvest success.

The L-Team presents Joe with the Karat 10, which is designed to meet all the farmer’s requirements: It creates a flat and level surface in just one pass, chops the crop residues and offers an optimal working depth for the soil conditions in Canada.
