SoilTour Episode #4: Sowing on volcanic weathering soils in Hessen
This time we visit family Müller at their farm Marienhof in Bellersheim. The family runs a turkey fattening and breeding farm. They also do their own commercialisation. For Thorsten Müller, all of this is possible thanks in large part to soil cultivation. In this episode they are sowing on high-yielding soil. Even these soils present challenges.
