It is becoming increasingly important to adapt the intensity of seedbed preparation to individual, current conditions. Practical experience has shown that power harrows can be used in a variety of ways for intensive tillage, making them ideal for this important preparation task.
The core is the gear bed
- Thickwalled compact unit made of micro-alloyed high-quality steel with welded bearing points.
- Tray and the top section are welded together
- 4 tine carriers per metre of working width ensure optimal crumbling
- Special arrangement of the tines ensures good soil flow at all times
Flexible setting
For greater convenience when adapting the power harrow to the given working conditions in the field, both models now have an optional infinitely variable hydraulic depth adjustment. The levelling bar for regulating the soil flow can be adjusted either mechanically or hydraulically.
The power of the right mix
The seed drill is supported by the roller during field work. The additional weight on the roller ensures better reconsolidation. The working depth of the power harrow and the seeding depth of the seed drill can be adjusted independently of each other.
Of course, the LEMKEN Zirkon MR power harrow can also be combined with seed drill technology from other manufacturers. In this case, the new lift linkage offers an impressive lifting capacity of up to 2,500 kg.

The Zirkon EMR features a proven, robust gearbox with change gears as standard. The desired rotor speed is obtained by changing the change gear wheels.

Zirkon XMR: Your partner for every challenge
The more powerful Zirkon XMR power harrow is designed for the highest continuous loads with all cultivation methods. Its standard equipment includes a two-speed gearbox with tool-free adjustment of the rotor speed. This ensures that operators can always work at the optimum rotor speed.
