The Juwel 6 with a 110 mm frame box section and 80 cm underframe clearance is available in versions 3 – 5 furrows. The M version offers 4 mechanically adjustable working widths per body. The Juwel 6 M V features variable hydraulic working width adjustment and hydraulic frame swiveling as option. The basic equipment includes Dural bodies and the Optiquick adjustment system for side draught-free work. Mechanical non-stop overload protection is available.

With the Juwel 8i mounted plough, rotation, tilt, working depth and width are set conveniently from the tractor. Up to 12 different working scenarios can be stored and retrieved as needed. The turning process starts automatically after the plough is lifted. The Section Control controls the release of the packer arm. The onland offset can be set independently for both sides. The Guide easy function calculates the required working width settings to reach the target contour.

The Juwel 10 is our most powerful mounted reversible plough with up to 7 furrows. It is specially designed for big tractors and the hardest of operating conditions. With a performance range of up to 450 hp, depending on equipment and the number of furrows, this machine is even capable of replacing a more complex semi-mounted plough. With a 160 x 160-mm frame and a rotation axle with a 130-mm diameter, the Juwel 10 is a powerhouse that masters even the most difficult of conditions.

The integrated plough furrow press FlexPack automatically adjusts to the working width as it runs parallel to the plough frame. The latest generation can now also be used with ploughs with OptiStone hydraulic overload protection thanks to a special attachment on the frame. Thus, the Juwel mounted ploughs and the Titan semi-mounted ploughs achieve good reconsolidation even in stony conditions and restore the capillarity of the soil structure for an optimal seedbed.

The Diamant 16 semi-mounted plough is designed for performance and equipped with numerous technologies that enable a high level of productivity with easy handling. It features OptiLine, a unique adjustment system for ploughing without side draft. This enables fuel savings of up to 10%. The optional traction booster reduces slip and increases the load on the tractor's rear axle. This allows fuel consumption to be further reduced.

Thanks to its transport function, the furrow press with a working width of over 3 m has an EU type approval for legal road transport. A new feature is now the possibility to also transport packers with a following roller. It is the only system of its kind on the market with approval for road transport in Europe. Its simple handling makes it easy to use. One of the greatest agronomic advantages is the creation of a field ready for sowing while ploughing.

The Carbon Farming plough breaks up compaction and thus improves the soil. The alternately deep working plough bodies create a deeper well in every second plough furrow, into which humus-rich topsoil is introduced. More than half of this humus is retained and binds CO2 in the long term. The subsoil that is conveyed upwards mixes with the topsoil. The carbon from the plants creates new humus-rich topsoil within a few years. This increases the humus supply and soil fertility.

The 10 m wide version rounds off the top end of the range of the proven Rubin compact disc harrows. Despite the large disc diameter of 645 mm, the machine has EU-wide road approval up to 40 km/h. Like all Rubin 10 models, the Rubin 10/1000 scores with a symmetrical disc arrangement, so it is fuel-efficient without side draft. The 14 cm line distance ensures blockage-free work and the turning process on the roller is soil-friendly.

The discs of the Rubin 10 compact disc harrow are arranged symmetrically. This results in straight operation without side draft and reduces fuel consumption. From a working depth of 7 cm, the 645 mm large, highly hardened and tempered DuraMaxx discs work across the entire surface. The 20° undercut ensures optimum pulling-in characteristics and an additional mixing effect. Each concave disc is equipped with an overload protection with rebound damping as standard.

The tines of the Karat 10 three-beam cultivator are arranged symmetrically to the towing axle, making it extremely easy to pull and at the same time guaranteeing intensive mixing. With a line distance of 31 cm, the working depth is 5- 30 cm. A hydraulic traction booster and the ContourTrack system for maintaining the working depth in hilly terrain are useful additions. With the optional leading disk section, even large amounts of organic matter are no problem.

The Karat 10 K(U) completes the Karat 10 series. The mounted folding Karat 10 will be available in 4 and 5m working widths. The tines are symmetrically arranged on three beams. With a line spacing of 31 cm, it is possible to work from 5 to 30 cm deep. Due to the parallelogram, the Neviller tools change parallel to the working depth.

With tines working across the whole surface, the mounted Koralin is suitable for both ultra-flat soil cultivation and mechanical, full-surface cutting weed control. It operates with 3 rows of tines arranged symmetrically with 30 cm line spacing across a working width of 6.60 m. Its 38 cm wide DeltaCut shares guarantee full-surface shallow working from a working depth of 2 cm. The coulters are rigidly mounted and can therefore maintain their working depth exactly.

The Zirkon 8 is the power harrow for the lower to medium hp class from 60 to 175 hp. It has a modular design and can be adapted to individual seedbed preparation requirements with a wide range of options. For sowing, it can be easily combined with the Saphir and Solitair seed drills. The DUAL-Shift gearbox for adjusting the speed from 300 to 400 rotor revolutions via the shift lever and for changing the direction of rotation of the tines from grip to drag is optionally available.

The Saphir 10 mechanical seed drill impresses with its ease of operation and simple handling. Large tank volumes and the precise placement with parallelogram-guided double disc coulters ensure high area outputs and uniform field emergence. The electric drive of the seed shaft allows the seed rate to be adjusted from the tractor cab. This allows precise metering of seeds from 0.5 to 500 kg/ha. The Saphir 10 can be combined with Zirkon power harrows.

The active tools of the Zirkon 12 power harrow crumble and mix intensively, preparing an optimal seedbed. The intensity of the cultivation can be regulated by the forward speed, the PTO speed and the gearbox of the power harrow. The welded gearbox trough made of thick-walled special steel ensures the smooth running of the moving parts under maximum continuous load. This guarantees a long service life. A quick-change system allows easy tine replacement.

The Solitair 9+ Duo pneumatic seed drill offers a wide range of possibilities for simultaneous application of seed, fertiliser or interseed. The seed hopper, which can be split 50/50 or 60/40, holds 1,850 litres. Each side has its own fill level monitoring and 2 independently electrically driven metering units. This enables the two application variants Single Shot and Double Shot. Operation is uncomplicated via the CCI terminal or the tractor terminal.

The Solitair 23+ front hopper for seed or fertiliser is a versatile solution for sowing. It can be used in combination with the OptiDisc 25 seed bar as a seed hopper and for underfoot fertilising with the Azurit precision seeder. It is designed as an injector hopper and is optionally available with a pressure system. This allows reliable metering of seed or fertiliser up to 500 kg per hectare, even over long delivery distances and at high forward speeds.

On the new version of the VarioPack front packer, the adjustable steering sensitivity ensures precise connecting travel in hilly terrain or when used with GPS-controlled tractors. The pre-tensionable steering allows individual adaptation to the conditions on site. Hydraulically >adjustable leading tools are new. A knife tine section is used to cut up coarse clods and heavy soils, while levelling tines enable the levelling of lighter soils.

The Optidisc 25 solo coulter bar, combined with the Solitair 23+ front hopper and a power harrow, forms a manoeuvrable and compact drill combination in which the weights are optimally distributed even with a smaller tractor. The parallel guided OptiDisc double disc coulter allows independent adjustment of placement depth and coulter pressure. This ensures that the seed is always placed at exactly the right depth. The coulter pressure can be adjusted mechanically up to 45 kg or hydraulically up to 70 kg.

Incredibly easy to tow, integrated compact disc harrow, comfortable operation and a large, optionally divided seed hopper with up to 5.100 l capacity – that is LEMKEN’s new Solitair DT seed drill, available in working widths of 4, 6 and 9 metres. Greatest possible efficiency with maximum precision – these were the maxims set for designing the Solitair DT. The result is a drill combination with truly impressive performance: lighter, more efficient, better.

The Azurit 10 precision drill places the grains in a staggered double row using the DeltaRow method. This provides the plants with more nutrients, more water and more light. After clearing the seed furrow, mineral fertiliser is placed centrally underneath the DeltaRow via a double disc coulter. After pre-consolidation of the seed rows, double disc coulters place the seed in the soil. As an alternative to underfoot fertilisation, the MicroHub micro granule unit is also available.

The Equalizer precision planter CII is available with 12 - 24 rows and 75 l seed hopper/row or mini hopper. 3 or 4 polyethylene hoppers can be flexibly combined and are suitable for both liquid and granular fertiliser. The modular design allows a wide variety of configurations for sowing. The vacuum system is integrated into the main frame. Control is intuitive and clear with the Precision Planting 20/20 Gen. 3 system.

The Thulit weed harrow mechanically tackles weeds with sophisticated technology. Thanks to the hydraulic system, a constant tine pressure can be guaranteed at every setting over the entire travel distance. It thus sets the course for independent harrowing in all crops, cultivation times and development stages of the crops, whether for organic or conventional farms.

Whether crop care measures the application of micronutrients or even liquid fertilisers – the LEMKEN front tank SprayHub not only provides ultimate flexibility in supporting different implement combinations, but also impresses with a clear and compact design that offers all the benefits modern crop care sprayers deliver. The SprayHub front tank can be partnered with different implements thanks to various rear application kits and delivers impressive performance throughout.

The IC-Weeder AI automatic intra-row hoeing machine for seeded crops hoes at the highest level using artificial intelligence. The intelligent camera control of this automatic hoeing machine is based on artificial intelligence (AI) and keeps a firm eye on each and every sugar beet. Whether in the row or between the rows – weeds are reliably removed even under difficult conditions.

The best solution from a single source: with the SprayKit, LEMKEN turns the EC-Weeder into a highly efficient hoeing machine with a band sprayer. In this combination, it is available in different variants. The LEMKEN SprayKit allows you to apply liquid fertilisers, crop care products and other liquids. Various features such as the electric single nozzle control and the water hydraulics make it a highly efficient tool.

Hoeing is high-precision work! That’s why every millimetre counts during work. The EC-Steer parallel steering frame makes controlling your hoeing machine a breeze. Combined with the EC-Weeder and equipped with the iQblue vision + camera control, high-precision hoeing becomes possible in crops with high proportions of blue in the leaves. This makes it particularly suitable for onions, leeks, broccoli as well as red cabbage and keeps the crops weed-free already in very small growth stages.

Larger, wider, more precise – with the Polaris, spreading precision is more than just words, and that’s with working widths of up to 50 metres. Sophisticated technology such as the EPSILON spreader vane system, the GPS-based ECONOV section control and the SpeedControl automatic, forward speed-dependent application rate control are in a league of their own.

Loss-free filling, safe setting and precise spreading - the Spica models, which are particularly suitable for smaller farms, focus on the essentials. A mobile feeder chute simplifies work processes such as emptying and calibration. The driver controls the spreader remotely from the cab via intuitively assigned buttons. With optional equipment from a comprehensive range of accessories, the Spica leaves nothing to be desired in terms of comfort.

Combined Powers is the name of a joined project by KRONE and LEMKEN, a design concept that presents an autonomous ‘process unit’ consisting of a drive unit and various implements. The unit offers a sustained solution to the increasing lack of skilled labour in agriculture.
