Heliodor High Speed Disc
The Heliodor High Speed Disc has two rows of 20" serrated discs that level ruts, destroys herbicide resistant weeds, and buries residue to a maximum depth of 4" while creating an excellent seedbed. The Heliodor is available in sizes from 10' to 52' and mounted, semi-mounted or trailored models. The ideal working speed is 8-10 mph and it requires approximately 10 drawbar HP per foot.

Rubin 10 High Speed Disc
The Rubin 10 High Speed Disc delivers intensive, uniform mixing of moderate amounts of organic matter and soil to a depth of approximately 5.5 inches. The symmetrically design, unique disc angle and travel angle ensures penetration in the toughest conditions. The 25" discs and rollers leave a planter-ready seedbed at high speeds of 8 - 10 mph. The Rubin 10 is available in working widths of 10 ' to the NEW 32' wide Rubin 10 1000.

Rubin 12 High Speed Disc
29" serrated discs bury heavy residue down to 8-9"
The Rubin 12 is the perfect High Speed Disc for the heaviest soil and trash conditions. With two rows of symmetrically arranged 29" serated discs and aggressive disc angles and angles of attack the Rubin 12 pulls itself into the soil. Operating at the ideal working speed of 8 - 10 mph requires approximatley 20 HP/ft. This primary tillage tool mixes soil and trash to a depth of 8".

Koralin Ultra-Shallow Hybrid Cultivator
The Koralin was designed for mechanical weed control and has become well know as an ultra-shallow seedbed prepapration tool. Two rows of individually mounted 20" diameter serrated discs cut residue and slice open the soil to ensure the duckfoot shares that follow run parallel to the surface and do not plug. Seven tires on the three-section frame follow the contour of the land to ensure uniform shallow tillage.

Solitair DT
The Seedbed Prepping Seeder
The Solitair DT gives you a High Speed Disc and accurate seeder in one machine. Level rutted fields, destroy weeds, bury residue, create an ideal seedbed and seed in one high speed pass. LEMKEN’s new Solitair DT seed drill is available in working widths of 13', 20' and 29'. The Solitair DT has decreased the interval between tillage and seeding to the shortest time possible by combing the front Heliodor-like High Speed Disc section and the Solitair seeder.
