The mission: authentic, practical & without a script
On the occasion of Agritechnica 2025, LEMKEN is accompanying six farmers and contractors from different regions of Germany. They tested the prototypes of current LEMKEN innovations in the areas of sowing and tillage in practical use and actively participated in their further development to series maturity.
In monthly videos, they report openly on their experiences - not as product advertising, but in professional dialogue about cultivation systems, soils and agronomic goals.
The Team
The series is hosted by two young, dynamic female farmers. Honest dialogues are created in an intimate atmosphere in the field - spontaneous, genuine and unscripted. In this way, LEMKEN is creating a new approach to information about its machines: from the perspective of practitioners, for practitioners.
With ‘Mission:Agritechnica’, potential customers receive a practice-based categorization of LEMKEN innovations at an early stage. The video series gives a real impression of what machines can achieve in modern cultivation systems.
Nicola Lemken sends the two of them on their way from Alpen. Be part of the journey!

Mission approved! Diamant 18 with FlexPack
For extreme conditions: With 6 to 8 furrows and a solid 180 x 180 x 12.5 mm box section frame, the robust Diamant 18 is specially designed for large tractors with up to 650 hp and for use in extreme conditions.
The farm
Gemüsering Jessen grows carrots all year round on 370 hectares of arable land in Saxony-Anhalt. For farm manager Felix Wartenberger, growing carrots without a plough or roller is inconceivable. The Diamant 18 semi-mounted reversible plough ensures a clean table in the first step and promotes water permeability and aeration of the soil.
This significantly reduces the use of pesticides when conventional carrots are planted afterwards. The lightweight FlexPack integrated furrow press guarantees immediate reconsolidation on sandy soils to reduce drying out of the soil surface and wind erosion.

„The seedbed is crucial for the perfect product. The plough is one of the essential tools for this.“
Felix Wartenberger, Farm manager Gemüsering Jessen
