Equalizer Air Tine Drill
40’, 60’ or 80’ Vertical banding seeders and air carts
The Equalizer Air Tine Drill is a vertically banding minimum tillage air drill. The 40’, 60’ and 80’ models come with 10.6” (273 mm) or 11.7” (300 mm) row spacing and three on-board tanks for dry and/or liquid fertilizer and seed. The Tine opens a furrow and distributes the fertilizer into a vertical band to a maximum depth of 6 inches. The furrow is closed before the seeds are placed at the appropriate depth. The vertical band furrow helps roots grow straight down into the mix of soil and fertilizer for optimal growth. Air Tine Drills pair perfectly with Equalizer and other tow-behind or tow between air carts. These Drills are made in South Africa and have been popular in Australia and South Africa for many years. Solitair DT Seedbed Prepping Seeder
Efficient & light-weight
The Solitair DT drill creates an optimal seedbed and immediately, precisely seeds into i tin a single pass. The Solitair DT recently received an Award for Agricultural Environment Sustainability because it can:
- kill pre-emergent weeds without herbicides
- level ruts
- bury stubble
- prepare an optimal seedbed
- tamp down tilled soil to conserve moisture and reduce soil erosion
- uniformly place seeds at 5" or 6.5" row widths immediately after seedbed preparation
The Solitair DT completes two critical tasks in one high speed pass. The optional divided hopper and fertilizer coulters add efficentcy by adding fertiizer application to the benefits. Working widths of 13', 20' and 30' the Solitair DT precisely plants seeds into an optimal seedbed in a single pass seeding up to 36 acres/hr at speeds up to 10 mph.
Equalizer VT Disc Drill

LEMKEN has brought the South African-made Equalizer VT Disc Drill to North America. This extremely cost-competitive disc drill comes with three on-board tanks for dry and/or liquid fertilizer and seed on a large wheeled, small-footprint frame. Every VT Disc Drill is made with Equalizer’s uncompromising, durable design and construction. They are 40’ wide with 48 x 10” rows.
