Silver medal double feature!

LEMKEN, the agricultural machinery specialist, has been awarded not merely one but two of the highly coveted DLG silver medals! The medals were awarded in recognition of automatic calibration testing in the Solitair 25 and the OptiLine adjustment system in the Diamant semi-mounted ploughmore


First certified ISOBUS plough

LEMKEN is the only manufacturer worldwide to offer ISOBUS plough control tested according to the guidelines of the AEF (Agricultural Industry Electronics Foundation). AEF certification gives operators certainty that they will be able to control their ploughs safely, easily and reliably via a LEMKEN terminal or alternatively via an ISOBUS-compatible terminal on the tractor. more


"Optiquick" plough adjustment app now available

LEMKEN has been using its e-learning module on the patented LEMKEN "Optiquick" plough adjustment in internal training for quite some time. This handy learning module is now available for all users as an iPad app. The app provides helpful explanations on the most important tractor and mounted reversible plough adjustments, and simulations allow the effects of changed settings on fuel consumption and material wear to be easily visualised.more


LEMKEN to take over GTS

LEMKEN will take over the business operations of GTS, Gerd Terheiden Schweißtechnik GmbH, through a holding company with effect from 1 May 2015. GTS, which has been operating in the Alpen industrial area since 2005, produces welded assemblies and employs 55 staff, all of whom will continue to be employed.more


First sod turned for new field sprayer factory

The construction of the new LEMKEN field sprayer factory in Haren was launched today, just in time for spring, with a symbolic ground-breaking ceremony. The site, which is more than 3 ha in size, will soon house offices, training rooms with an integrated, 500 m² exhibition area, and a production hall of almost 10,000 m². It is expected that construction will proceed quickly and be completed by this autumn.more
