New Head of Design

Klemens Surmann

Klemens Surmann will take up the newly created position of Head of Design with LEMKEN, the agricultural machine specialist, at the company’s headquarters in Alpen on 1 December 2014. Mr Surmann (49) qualified as a metalworker before graduating in mechanical engineering from Bochum University in Germany. Karl-Hubertus Reher (48) will take up his position as LEMKEN’s new Head of Sales on 1 January. Mr Reher grew up in the German district of Warendorf; he is a business management graduate and most recently worked with Claas as Regional Director with responsibility for Central Europe. Our LEMKEN headquarters in Alpen are undergoing substantial expansion. The new development facility will form an important part of LEMKEN’s EUR50 million investment programme.
