Regional Service Manager / Product Specialist (m/f/d)

Your Tasks:


  • implementing service requirements and aligning service issues with our dealers
  • aligning local requirements with and providing feedback to headquarters in Germany
  • pre-examination and check of plausibility of all service claims and deciding of goodwill claims
  • communicate warranty decisions
  • first contact person for all service-related issues of our dealers in the country
  • coordination of trainings
  • preparation and conducting of demonstrations, field days, trade fairs and sales promotion activities
  • recognize market and innovation trends and work close with headquarters’ Marketing, Product Management and R+D
  • travelling across the US

Your skills profile:


  • several years of experience in Product, Service or Warranty Management, ideally in the agricultural
    machinery industry
  • good technical understanding as well as knowledge of farming and agricultural machinery
  • practical experience with agricultural machines in order to arrange field demonstrations
  • self-responsibility as well as an outgoing and engaging way of communication
  • proficient computer skills (especially MS Office)
  • being ready to travel intensively within the US and also internationally
