Strong attachment
The Rubin 10 /1000 KUA is available in three hitch variants. This compact disc harrow can be hitched to the tractor:
- by means of a drawbar eye
- a drawbar eye with ball joint
- a drawbar ball coupling
These hitches ensure not only that the combination has optimum driving dynamics, but also that you have everything safely under control at all times, even at the permitted driving speed of 40 km/h.
Gentle to soil & the machine
The Rubin 10 /1000 KUA lifts out the rows of discs via the depth adjustment cylinders and turns on the roller. This results in extremely reduced ground pressure at the headland.
What’s special is that a new technology even allows the machine to reverse on the roller.
Compact road transport
Thanks to the new folding mechanism, time-consuming getting in and out of the cab is now a thing of the past. This ensures that the machine can be moved quickly. With automatic folding, the Rubin 10 /1000 KUA stands out in terms of working comfort. Despite its 10-m working width, the dimensions of this compact disc harrow are smaller than 3×4 m when it is folded to ensure safe transport on roads, narrow fields and tracks.
All set for sloping terrain
The intelligent iQ Blue disc harrow WC contour adjustment adds smart features to your Rubin 10 /1000 KUA and sets you up for optimum tillage in sloping terrain. This control system continuously monitors the position of the cylinders while the machine operates and automatically adjusts the cylinder position to the field’s transverse contour. This produces very even results with optimum tillage of your fields.

Active crop protection through stubble cultivation
Due to the reduction of plant protection products in arable farming, stubble cultivation is experiencing a true renaissance as a good option for mechanical weed control.
So, what does it take to be successful?
During the first shallow pass, volunteer cereals and weed seeds are encouraged to germinate. At the same time, chopped straw, stubble and roots still on the field are incorporated and mixed into the soil to promote rapid decomposition.
The first stubble tillage pass is sometimes followed by another, somewhat deeper pass, which serves to control emerging volunteer cereals and weeds mechanically. Organic fertilisers such as liquid manure or fermentation residue can also be incorporated at the same time.
Optimum stubble cultivation with LEMKEN short disc harrow
This is how active crop care works, because the tillage allows the use of chemical crop care products to be reduced for the subsequent crop. Our powerful Rubin 10/1000 KUA compact disc harrow is designed precisely for this purpose. See its benefits for yourself and prepare your soils optimally.
