Strongly combined
The Rubin 10 /1000 KUA is available in three hitch variants. Thus, the short disc harrow can be connected to the tractor:
- by means of a towing eye
- towing eye with ball joint
- via a towing ball coupling
These hitching systems guarantee optimum driving dynamics for the combination and ensure that you can drive safely at all times, even at the permitted speed of 40 km/h, you always have everything safely under control.

Gentle for soil & machine
The Rubin 10 /1000 KUA lifts out the disc rows via the depth setting cylinders and turns on the roller. This results in extremely reduced ground pressure on the headland. With the special feature: Automatic roller Interlock, reversing on the roller is also possible without any problems.

Compact on the road
The new folding mechanism makes time-consuming mounting and dismounting a thing of the past. Rapid transition from transport to working is the result. The automatic folding of the Rubin 10 /1000 KUA makes it a highlight in terms of working comfort. Despite its working width of 10 meters the short disc harrow is smaller than 3 m ร 4 m when folded and ensures safe transport on highways, narrow fields and paths.

Equipped for uneven trrain
The intelligent contour adaptation iQ Blue disc harrow WC makes your Rubin 10 /1000 KUA smart and equips it for optimum working on surfaces with pronounced contours. During the entire operation, the control system monitors the position of the cylinders and automatically adjusts their position to the respective transverse contours of the field. A uniform working pattern with optimum cultivation of your field is the result.

Active crop protection through stubble cultivation
Due to the reduction of plant protection products in arable farming, stubble cultivation is experiencing a true renaissance as a good option for mechanical weed control.
What does it take for a successful procedure?
In the first shallow operation, volunteer cereals and weed seeds are encouraged to germinate. At the same time, chopped straw remaining on the field, the stubble and the roots are worked in, and mixed with soil to initiate rapid decomposition.
The first stubble cultivation is sometimes followed by a second, slightly deeper pass. This means mechanically eliminating any volunteer cereals and weeds that have emerged. In addition, organic fertilizers such as liquid manure or digestate can be incorporated.
Optimum stubble cultivation with LEMKEN short disc harrow
This is how active crop protection works, because tillage reduces the use of crop protection products in the next crop. Our powerful Rubin 10/1000 KUA short disc harrow is designed to do just that. Convince yourself and prepare your soil optimally.
